About Philosium
Philosophical Discourse Transcends Borders
Philosium, also known as the International Philosophy Symposium, was founded in July 2024, originating from the efforts of participants in the International Philosophy Olympiad. It operates as a global non-governmental organization, with activities spanning more than 60 countries across six continents. Under the slogan “Philosophical Discourse Transcends Borders”, Philosium is dedicated to expanding access to philosophical and critical discourse among youth—particularly, but not exclusively, high school and university students worldwide.
