I am Diane Smans, a dedicated student and passionate tennis player. Currently, I am studying mathematics in a preparatory program, having completed my secondary education at Sint-Jan Berchmans College in Brussels. One of my proudest achievements is earning the silver medal for Belgium (at national level) in the context of the Philosophy Olympiad (IPO) 2024, what led me to the city of Helsinki, where I had the chance to meet incredible people, including Sacha Pierluigi. I plan to pursue civil engineering at KU Leuven in Belgium, combining my love for problem-solving and innovation. Beyond academics, I enjoy traveling, discovering new things, reading literature, exploring mathematics and philosophy, and spending time with friends. Fluent in French, Dutch, and English, I thrive in multicultural settings and value the opportunities to grow through every experience life offers.
